Strengthening HR Capacity at the National Productivity Centre

Recognizing that a well-trained workforce is essential for organizational success, Research Enterprise Systems (RES) partnered with the National Productivity Centre (NPC) to design and implement a targeted training program to enhance the capacity of NPC’s Human Resource (HR) staff.

The program focused on equipping HR personnel with tools and knowledge to drive performance and operational efficiency across all levels of the organization. As part of the program, RES Executive Director, Prof. Fatai A. Aremu, facilitated a key session on Emotional Intelligence, emphasizing practical strategies for fostering team collaboration, optimizing HR practices, and creating an environment where employees are empowered to perform at their best.

This collaboration underscores RES’s commitment to building institutional capacity and supporting public sector agencies to deliver on their mandates through effective, people-centred HR practices.
