Facilitating Session on Infrastructure’s Impact at Lagos State House of Assembly Capacity Building

On July 17th and 29th, 2024, Professor Aremu Fatai Ayinde, Executive Director of Research Enterprise Systems (RES), facilitated a session on:

“The Impact of Infrastructural Development on Lagos State’s Economy: The Task for the Lagos State House of Assembly.”

The session was delivered during the 2024 Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA) Capacity Building for Legislative Staff and Official Reporters, themed “Achieving Legislative Excellence in The Renewed Hope Agenda.”

The session highlighted the critical role of infrastructure in driving economic growth, job creation, and improving the quality of life for residents of Lagos State, with an emphasis on the responsibilities and opportunities for the Lagos State House of Assembly in steering infrastructural development to advance the state’s economic potential.

This engagement aligns with RES’s mission to support evidence-driven policy and strengthen legislative institutions for sustainable development in Nigeria.
