RES 2025 Staff Retreat: Reflecting, Recharging, and Soaring for Greater Impact
From January 9th to 11th, 2025, staff members of Research Enterprise Systems (RES) convened for a powerful and reflective two-day retreat themed “Soaring for Greater Impact.”
This retreat offered a unique opportunity to pause and reflect on the organization’s progress in 2024, celebrate key milestones, and critically assess areas that need improvement. With openness, collaboration, and shared purpose, RES staff engaged in meaningful dialogue, strategic brainstorming, and team-building exercises.
