Building Organizational Culture for Effective Service: RES Trains National Assembly Library Trust Fund Staff
From December 2nd–6th, 2024, Research Enterprise Systems (RES) conducted an intensive week-long training program for staff of the National Assembly Library Trust Fund (NALTF), focusing on organizational culture as a foundation for effective collaboration and service delivery excellence.
The National Assembly Library Trust Fund serves as a vital repository of knowledge, championing empowerment, research, and informed decision-making. It provides policymakers, researchers, and the public with reliable access to legislative information, empowering them to engage meaningfully with national governance.
The training aligns with RES’s mission to strengthen institutional capacities and foster a culture of excellence within Nigeria’s governance and knowledge systems to advance evidence-based decision-making and citizen engagement.
