Deep Dive on Nigeria’s Food Security Crisis Facilitated at Propcom+ Session
On July 11th, 2024, at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, Professor Aremu Fatai Ayinde facilitated a deep dive session for the FCDO-funded Propcom+ programme.
The session brought together high-level frontline professionals, investors, bankers, and private sector operators in agriculture to diagnose the food security crisis confronting Nigeria and to propose actionable, evidence-based solutions.
The dialogue emphasized the urgent need for collaborative action to address systemic challenges in Nigeria’s food systems, promote sustainable agricultural practices, and ensure food security for the nation’s growing population.
