Facilitation of Specialized Training on Conflict Management for WRPC
On 9th September 2025, at the invitation of the Intercontinental Development Institute (ICDI), Research Enterprise Systems (RES) facilitated a specialized training session for senior staff of the Warri Refinery & Petrochemical Company (WRPC), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL).
Representing the Executive Director, Michael Sunkanmi Olaogun, Programs Manager, led a session titled “De-escalation Techniques and Emotional Intelligence in Conflict.”
The training equipped participants with practical tools to manage workplace tensions, improve communication, and foster stronger interpersonal relationships — crucial competencies for sustaining high performance in complex operational environments.
This engagement underscores RES’s dedication to supporting institutional transformation through targeted capacity-building initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and leadership.
