RES Concludes Capacity Building Program for Legislative Aides
From July to October 2025, Research Enterprise Systems (RES) successfully implemented a comprehensive capacity-building program for over 3,000 legislative aides of the 10th National Assembly. The program, delivered in five intensive series, was designed to strengthen institutional effectiveness within Nigeria’s legislative system.
Through a blend of interactive sessions and practical modules, participants enhanced their understanding of legislative processes, policy analysis, and evidence-informed decision-making—key competencies for supporting lawmakers in the discharge of their duties.
This collaboration reflects RES’s sustained commitment to institutional strengthening and the promotion of legislative excellence in Nigeria. As this year’s edition concludes, RES remains dedicated to advancing national development through targeted capacity development and strategic knowledge transfer.
