Capacity Building

At Research Enterprise Systems (RES), we view training and capacity development as a valid method for enhancing human performance and improving the quality of output in an organization. Whenever a person's ability is limited by lack of knowledge, skill or tool, it creates performance gap which can only be bridged with appropriate capacity development intervention. The first step we take in offering learning solution to our clients is to map the categories of training beneficiaries in order to ascertain their training needs. This will be closely followed by developing a catalogue of expected learning outcomes for each category of participants.
